WHERE IT ALL BEGAN
HEALTHY (KIND OF)
Due to being slightly overweight and insecure as a teen, in high school and college I developed an extreme passion for weightlifting. Over the years, I developed an extremely chiseled body.. but even though I looked great on the outside, on the inside I didn't feel so good. I suffered from low energy, anxiety, and struggled to stay disciplined in other areas of my life.
PAIN TURNED TO PASSION
AND A NEW LIFE BEGAN
At this point in my life, the mind and the body became my total passion. I invested countless hours into books, podcasts, videos, articles, and anything else that would help me control my mind. In time, I discovered the inner workings of the brain and body, and how they can be used to make lasting change.
